Embassy Office Parks REIT, a real estate investment company, and American hotel company Hilton have announced the opening of Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and a convention center. The 266-room hotel and connecting conference rooms will be part of a 619-key, dual-brand resort complex, which includes the 353-key Hilton Garden Inn launched earlier this year.
The three premises form the Hilton Hotels Embassy Manyata complex, which is owned by Embassy REIT and managed by Hilton. The mixed-use complex will be located in North Bengaluru close to central Bengaluru retail as well as commercial business districts.
The double hotels have 60,000 square feet of convention space and can accommodate up to 1,500 people.
Embassy Manyata is a large business park with an operational area of approximately 12 million square feet. Michael Holland, CEO of Embassy Office Parks REIT, said, “The opening creates a welcoming hub at the entrance to one of India’s largest business parks. In particular, it adds much sought after conference space which not only benefits our corporate occupants but Bengaluru as a whole. The NXT Plaza will integrate retail and multiple dining options, making the complex a focal point of Embassy Manyata’s total retail ecosystem. Embassy REIT’s partnership with Hilton continues to grow with the opening of this integrated resort which we are confident will become the brightest beacon of hospitality in Bengaluru. »
Navjit Ahluwalia, Senior Vice President and Country Manager, Hilton India, said, “The opening of one of the largest resorts in South India is a key milestone for Hilton as it ushers in a new era post-pandemic travel. We are confident the resort will mark the return of in-person events and become the premier destination for leisure and business travelers as we continue to deliver exceptional experiences created through renowned Hilton hospitality. Additionally, it reinforces our strategic partnership with Embassy REIT and our complementary vision of creating sustainable hotel experiences. »
